SCHEDULE A CONSULTATION


I book new appointments through the booking page on my website. When booking, please make sure to complete my client intake form. Consultations are conducted via Zoom. For ongoing projects, please reach me at andregarciaart@gmail.com.

Consultations are completely free and serve as an excellent first step in embarking on your tattoo journey. Please remember to send any reference material or inspirational photos, so I can get a general idea of the tattoo you're seeking.

TRAVEL/CONVENTION  BOOKING

If you would like to book me for a Tattoo Convention or Guest Spot please fill out this form. Since space is very limited I will only be taking preferred projects when tattooing out of town. Deposits are required for all tattoo appointments. I do my best to respond to submissions as quickly as possible so please be patient. Tattoo Service Rate

I charge $180.00 per hour, which reflects the standard tattoo rate in Sacramento, California, and is based on my professional experience. My minimum fee is $180.00. For most designs, I require a deposit of $100.00, while for back pieces and larger works, the deposit is $500.00. It's important to note that deposits are applied to the final tattoo session and are non-transferable and non-refundable.

I tattoo at my studio, Swan and Sword Tattoo by appointment only Wednesday-Saturday

It is located on 5941 San Juan Ave. Suite 13 B in Citrus Heights California

The studio is directly behind three monkeys smoke shop in the business complex.


CUSTOM ARTWORK POLICY/PROCESS

This is where the fun begins! I will take your reference material and concept information and add it to my drawing queue. Then, I get to do what I love most: researching, drawing, and building your unique tattoo design!

Please note I absolutely do not sent drawings prior to your actual tattoo appointment. If any minor changes need to be made, they can be addressed during the start of the first appointment. In-person discussions work best. I kindly ask you to keep an open mind while collaborating with me.

In the event that major changes are requested we will most likely reschedule. (an additional drawing fee may be required if changes do not reflect what was discussed through consultation). This is not meant to discourage feedback; rather, it ensures that you trust my design abilities as a professional artist. It is important to strike a balance between your input and my expertise when creating your body art.

I value communication greatly, so please feel free to text or email me a day or two prior to your appointment for confirmation and any further discussion.

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULE POLICY

I require deposits for all tattoo projects, which are non-refundable. To retain their deposit, clients must cancel their appointment at least 72 hours in advance. Please note that clients who frequently reschedule may be dismissed. I genuinely enjoy working with my clients and cultivating strong relationships through this art form.
